The Retirement Association of Portland State (RAPS) is the oldest university retirement association in the state of Oregon. Our association includes faculty and staff retirees of PSU, working faculty and staff 55 years of age or older, and retired personnel from other accredited colleges and universities. We welcome partners of members to join as well.
